On Symptoms- “energy fixates that on what’s wrong bogs you down, too many thoughts on what the mind says is a problem or an issue… let it go, stop tracking… Just observe when the body has imbalances or reactions….responding with care, soothing, just like the analogy of when a baby has a rash. You don’t judge the baby, you don’t think the baby is less lovable…even if the rash looks red and bumpy and aggravated and maybe gross or icky, just soothe it, you give it love you give it care and tenderness... whenever the body has those reactions… don’t respond with frustration or jumping to apply all the things and do all the research, that heavy energy amplifies the frustration, it’s like aggravation… more redness more inflammation, just come in here, come and the peace is soothing and allow those aligning things to flow to you, you can ask for clarity or answers on maybe certain things to try or not try … but no chasing, no rush, just send love. Don’t judge the judge the rash. Don’t judge the body reactions... letting go of emotions….. where the mind and most people would be worried and concerned sometimes that happens where the body is just expelling, it’s cleansing, it’s releasing it’s detoxing in different ways, sometimes through the skin, sometimes through urination, sometimes through bowel movements, sometimes through excessive sweat, just natural, don’t judge it, it will just be for a time.. just the body doing it’s best , that’s another thing that can help, tell the mind, reprogram, to say my body is doing best, serving me. Don’t judge the reaction, don’t judge the vomiting, don’t judge the pooping, don’t judge the earwax, don’t judge the little white sleep from your eyes, all of that is for you, all of that is fun and beautiful just your body doing its best to expel and cleanse and release. Just observe it and send it love and tenderness and care and know that it could last 6 months or could last 6 days, it could last 6 minutes. You could hiccup a lot, you could cough a lot, you could sneeze a lot, there’s so many ways the body releases but whatever your body is doing, it’s doing its best and it’s doing it for you. So don’t judge.  The more you judge the more you fixate the more you cling, the more frustration. It prolongs, it prolongs, it prolongs it. So just give it that ease and that love and that care and that gratitude that its serving you for a time till it fades and it’s no more.”
